About F3 WestShore

There is never a charge for F3, it is always free. All men are welcome to join. The men of F3 take pleasure in working out in all types of weather because they know it makes them stronger and more capable; and they rotate the volunteer responsibility of leading the workout group to build leadership skills. Finally, all workouts end with a circle of trust, a time for men to be honest about their troubles, and sincerely lift each other up.

We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership other than that you show up at the appointed time and place and follow what the workout leader does.

We do not show up at F3 for ourselves. We show up for the man standing beside each of us.

Here is one undeniable truth that we know about each of us, we need authentic relationships with other men who are working to be strong fathers, husbands and leaders. Isolation will destroy a man! We have the opportunity to change our community and the trajectory of our families.  Getting in the best shape of your life is just a by product. The workout is the magnet, the relationships and community with other men will keep bringing you back. Lock shields with us and help us accomplish F3’s mission to invigorate male leadership in our community.

Our History

F3WestShore was officially launched as a region on October 27, 2021. Our roots, however, date back to 2016 when F3 Cleveland officially expanded into Bay Village as an AO known as “WestShore”. Through the years, the WestShore AO grew in numbers, bringing in HIMs from Bay Village, Westlake, Avon Lake, Avon, and Sheffield. As the membership expanded, so did the map of beatdown locations. Starting with Walker Road Park as the first official AO of WestShore, soon Cahoon Park and Bay High School were added.

Avon Expansion

Interest spread west, and eventually Avon became another official F3 Cleveland AO, holding beatdowns in several locations throughout Avon.

LoCo Expansion

As participation at Bay Village locations continued to grow, it was clear there was also a need for consistent opportunities for F3 in Avon Lake. LoCo (from “Lorain County”) became an official AO of WestShore in mid-2020, providing a further-west base of operations for many PAX.
